*Be honest about and open minded *Services at ERS will NOT be rushed. *Allow yourself up to 3+ hours if receiving ANY color service
How to Book:
* Fill out "New Client Form" Takes less than 2 mins! !(Link for form is located on bottom of this page or bottom of Home page )
*Within 24 to 48 hours, you will receive an email from Elle with the "go ahead" to book your appointment (further consultations may be needed via emailing or in-person to decide on a service that best fits your request!
Please note-
*All appointments scheduled online must be approved by Elle
*Allow 24 to 72 hours for confirmation. but NO worries, no one can book over you.
*If you have any questions, the best way to reach Elle is by email at elle@ellerosesalonsuite.com
*ERS no longer books appointments or returns messages by phone, text, or social media DM's
*ERS is a cozy space, please limit belongings and bring only yourself
Cancel? Reschedule?
*Appointments that are rescheduled or canceled less than 36 hours of your scheduled service, a 50% fee will be collected. Clients are responsible for canceling and rescheduling their own appointments online!!
Updated COVID -19/ Sick Policy (subject to change)
*Please do NOT enter if you feel sick/have symptoms. You will be turned away, charged 100% of your scheduled appointment, and are responsible for rescheduling your following appointment
*DO NOT come in under the weather. Be smart. Be courteous.
Lil tidbits you should know before you arrive for your appointment:
*Elle Rose Salon is located in Suite #306.
*ENJOY!!! It is rare that you will be double booked, unless requested & approved.
*At Elle Rose Salon, you will be treated like family. Allow for 10 extra minutes before your 1st appointment. Please be on time, please be honest, and please take into consideration I am an artist who loves to educate.
